overA was born from a conviction: the Brazilian business owner who spent a lifetime building a company deserves, when the time comes to sell it, someone truly on their side. That is why we started, and it is what brings us to the office every day.

Our work is done by people. We use artificial intelligence to carry the weight of what is repetitive, which leaves time for what only people do well: thinking together, negotiating, staying close to the business owner. Whoever sits at this table grows by doing exactly that from day one.
